One of the most authoritative publications on the restaurant business, the major trends and back-stage intrigues of the world cooking - British periodical “Restaurant Magazine” - published the rating of the world’s best restaurants 2007. Strict British judges together with the restaurant critics and industry representatives from all over the world used a variety of criteria to choose the best out of hundreds and thousands of restaurants.
