			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p class="MsoNormal"><img src="http://www.horecatime.com/wp-content/uploads/2008/03/cuisine.jpg" alt="" hspace="5" vspace="5" width="180" height="250" align="left" /><span lang="EN-US">One of the most authoritative publications on the restaurant business, the major trends and back-stage intrigues of the world cooking &#8211; British periodical &#8220;Restaurant Magazine&#8221; &#8211; published the rating of the world’s best <a href="http://www.horecatime.com/category/restaurants/">restaurants</a> 2007. Strict British judges together with the restaurant critics and industry representatives from all over the world used a variety of criteria to choose the best out of hundreds and thousands of restaurants. More than 600 people including the members of the jury tested the dishes and beverages presented by restaurants from 70 countries. </span><span lang="EN-US">This year the title of the best restaurant of the world, for the second time in a row, was given to the chief-cook of the El Bulli restaurant located in the small Catalan town of Cala Montjoi in the north of Spain. El Bulli is well known to those interested in contemporary cuisine. Honored with three stars by Michelin and well-known for its extravagant dishes, El Bulli is a gastronomical legend. The second place was given to an old leader in dainty cuisine The Fat Duck. The chief-cook Pierre Gagnairethe was honored the third place. This year’s the organizers decided to was extended the list of best restaurants to one hundred. </span></p>

<p>&#8216;Tandoor&#8217; located in heart of the city is the first in Indian restaurant in St.Petersburg established in 1994. Ever since it started it has earned the reputation of being best in food and hospitality. Customer satisfaction is the prime motive of the restaurant. Quality of food has ben top priority. This restaurant has been awarded one of the best in Russia (Golden Crane award).</p>
